Prague Casting Services a.s. are proud to manufacture investment castings by the method of lost wax. Our foundry has the capability for a broad spectrum of materials (Carbon, corrosion and heat-resistant steels through to Nickel and Cobalt based alloys) which we use to produce castings from as small as 4g to as big as 60 kgs (0,0088lb - 133 lb). These castings can be poured from one of our air furnaces or in one of our vacuum furnaces and we are even able to make our own master melts. We work hard and to the exacting demands of many of the high-tech industries: aerospace (blades, vanes and structural parts), IGT (blades, nozzle segments, full ring nozzles), nuclear power (fuel nozzles), medical (orthopedic implants) and the automotive industry.

Prague Casting Services a.s. are committed to total quality and have been ISO 9001:2000 approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Ltd. The production process has also been audited by many of our customers; including Westinghouse Electric, GE Energy, Honeywell Mora Aerospace, Skoda JS. All of the materials that we use are bought from world renowned suppliers or those suppliers that have been audited and recommended by our customers.
